Refund & Returns Policy

At GlowKit Asia, we strive to ensure that every product you purchase brings you glowing satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make returns and refunds as easy as possible for you.

Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in new condition.

  • How to Return: Simply contact us at info@glowkit.getincars.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or an error was made with the order.

  • Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items due to hygiene and safety reasons, including skincare products.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item has been opened or used, a partial refund may apply. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct a restocking fee.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a free return and full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
